Clearcrest Atelier provides premium coaching programs, perception training sessions, digital courses, and personal development tools focused on mastering positive perception. All services are educational and skill-based.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the confidentiality of your account, and use the services only for lawful purposes. You must not share your login credentials or misuse platform content.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
All purchases are final. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for partial periods. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including audio programs, worksheets, videos, and branding, is the exclusive property of Clearcrest Atelier. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations
Our services are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. Results vary based on individual effort. Clearcrest Atelier makes no guarantees regarding outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clearcrest Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any breach of these terms without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County.
